Please provide at least 48 hours' notice — appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients. Booking without a deposit and canceling within 24 hours results in a $75 cancellation fee, due before future bookings.
No-call/no-shows may be required to pay in full before future appointments can be scheduled.
Please ensure the home is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Delays may shorten your appointment depending on the day's schedule.
Deep clean pricing is based on the size, condition, and amount of detail required. Final pricing may vary if the home's condition differs from the original description.
Remaining balances are due upon completion unless discussed beforehand.
